Jeremy’s Practice

Jeremy provides sensible counsel grounded in experience. He enjoys a broad legal practice resolving disputes and handling complex matters. Generally these involve business and corporate transactions, commercial and residential real estate, construction, contracts and a variety of other matters.  Jeremy has two decades of successful litigation, transactional and negotiation experience. Jeremy counsels a diverse clientele which includes families, individuals, businesses, financial institutions, banks, trust companies, real estate developers, property owners’ associations, real estate professionals, contractors, title insurance companies and lenders. Jeremy has taught Business Law and Business Ethics at the University of New Mexico. As well as being a supporter and lover of the arts, Jeremy is an outdoorsman who enjoys skiing, biking and whitewater rafting.
